Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Delivery options for customers
- Royal Mail Standard: £2.95 per order.
- DPD 48 hour: £4.95 per order. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same working day.
The options and charges that apply to your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch and are not guaranteed.
Delivery for trade accounts
Trade orders are sent by Parcelforce 48. The charge depends on the weight of the order and starts at £5.50. It is shown at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
Dispatch
We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You receive an email when your order is dispatched. If something delays your order we will let you know. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order you may cancel for a full refund.
Proof of age at delivery
Our products are for people aged 18 or over. The courier may ask the person receiving the parcel to show proof of age and may refuse to hand it over if nobody aged 18 or over is available. The parcel may then be held for collection or returned to us. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason we refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge.
Problems with a delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email hello@bigsalts.com with your order number and we will sort it out. Our returns and refunds terms are on the Refund and Returns Policy page.
